The 16B Red Wing Lathe has a Precision Quick Chuck and a low 4 1/2″ shaft height. It combines a #26A motor with a chuk/changer. The 16B Lathe has a full 1/4 HP, 1725/3450 rpm for use on top of laboratory bench (115 Volts/60Hz). Shipped with standard dental, tapered shafts, each lathe includes a right- and left- chuck remover, which provides ease of removal of standard dental chucks. The 16B is manufactured to provide years of durable service while being utilized for such operations as polishing and grinding.
